Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. For custom-made or special-order products, returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Items for Return

The following items can be returned:

  • Furniture in original condition with all packaging
  • Electronics with original packaging and accessories
  • Home decor items in resalable condition
  • Office equipment not customized to customer specifications

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture
  • Items that have been assembled or installed
  • Products damaged by normal wear and tear
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Products that have been modified or altered

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any item, please contact us at [email protected] or visit our showroom at 23 Samad Vurgun St, Ganja. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

  • Pack the item in its original packaging if possible
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation
  • Write the return authorization number clearly on the package

Step 3: Return the Item

You can return items by:

  • In-Person: Visit our showroom during business hours
  • Pickup Service: We can arrange pickup for large items (additional fees may apply)

Refunds and Processing

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Cash payments: Cash refund available immediately
  • Credit card: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfer: 2-3 business days

Refund Amounts

Full Refund: Product price (minus delivery fees)

Return Fees: Customer responsible for return shipping/pickup costs

Restocking Fee: 15% fee may apply to opened electronics or special orders

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for different sizes, colors, or models, subject to availability. The same return conditions apply to exchanges. If there's a price difference, you'll either receive a refund or be charged the difference.

Warranty and Defects

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for:

  • Free return pickup
  • Full refund or replacement
  • No restocking fees

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products come with manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims, but warranty terms are set by the manufacturer.

Delivery and Installation Returns

If you need to return an item that was delivered and installed:

  • Uninstallation fees may apply
  • Return pickup will be arranged
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Customer responsible for any damage during uninstallation
